Building an Alpha Personality Part

So given all that I have shared with you so fa, you might be asking yourself, "So how do I know what my Alpha Personality really is?"

Excellent question, you should be proud of yourself for asking it!

To get started on building your Alpha personality, I highly, Highly, HIGHLY, suggest that you get a journal. Get a journal and ONLY use it for things connected to your exercises and experiences connected to this book. Not a three-ring or spiral binder, a journal. The three-ring binders can cause the pages to tear or come loose over time, and you don't want a loose life, do you?

For now though, if you don't already have a journal, go ahead and use the binder, or some index cads, and transfer the information over to your journal once you get it.

Trust me, this journal is going to be one of the most powerful things you will ever own, provided you use it as I suggest.

Knowing what your Alpha personality really is, requires you look at the "good" and "bad" habits that you see in yourself. I put those wads in quotation maks, because the terms "good" and "bad" are subjective, meaning, what would be a "good" thing in one case, might be viewed as "bad" in a different case. What would be "good" in one person's opinion, might be "bad" in another person's opinion. Besdes, this isn't an ethics class.

So for now, smply separate them as good or bad based on how you currently see them. You're not here to make any apologies, so there's no reason to feel guilty or ashamed if you do "bad" things. There are no "wrong" answers. Simply give the answer that genuinely fits how you would currently react/behave. The more honest you answer yourself, the more powerful you're going to be able to build the Alpha within you.

Let's get started!

Write the following questions down in your journal. Or, to make it quick and smple, in your journal smply write "A.P. 1:1" for "Alpha personality part one, question one" "A.P. 1:2" for "Alpha personality part one, question two" and so on, followed by you answeri afteri each of them. QUESTION ONE:

A) Feel it was "finderi's keeper's" and put it in youri pocket.

B) Pass by without pickng it up.

C) Do something else? (what's the "something else" you would do?) QUESTION TWO:
