There is a way to create intrigue called the contrast principle. The contrast principle states that you will defy categorization and create massive amounts of intrigue by manufacturing a perceived "contrast" between your stereotypical image and the way you present yourself.
So what is the typical stereotype of an unattractive Asian? Shy, nerdy, socially unaware, well behaved, non-sexual. So how do we create contrast - well you become outgoing, cool, social, badboy and sexual!
And if you are an Asian guy who can do that, your disadvantage has all of a sudden become a huge advantage! (Because now you have way more contrast than say a Latin guy who had the sexual stereotype to begin with)
